Child hunger can be a difficult thing to work on—it can pull on your heartstrings and make you feel as though you can’t possibly do enough. During this season of thanks, however, the simple and kind actions of children remind us to stay actively engaged in cycle of thanksgiving, wherever we fall: whether accepting help in times of need, providing help to others when we are able to offer it, or simply saying “thanks.” You never know how much that small gift of gratitude will mean.
