Sr. VP of Government Relations and Public Policy Eric Olsen appeared on Lou Dobbs Tonight talking about the increase in food stamp usage (official program name is Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP). His co-panelist is Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation.
