From NYT: “The Obesity-Hunger Paradox”

When starting a conversation about hunger in America, it’s often difficult to avoid the question of obesity. How can hunger be such a problem, when the United States has such high rates of obesity? The fact of the matter is that  the problem is, in many cases, inextricably linked to obesity. Yesterday, the New York Times ran a great article titled “The Obesity-Hunger Paradox.” While it focuses on circumstances in The Bronx, it speaks to broader issues that exist from coast to coast.
